YSA SPRING SCHOLARSHIP APPLICATION INFORMATION Park City Ice Miners is a member team of the Park City Youth Sports Alliance and therefore, members qualify to apply for their spring scholarships if needed. They offer their spring scholarships for select USA Hockey spring and summer events. If your team, or you as an individual, qualifies for one of the events below and need financial aid, please consider the following:
1) If your team wins the state playoffs and qualifites for the USA Hockey Nationals, any expenses related to Nationals qualifies under the spring scholarship criteria.
2) If a player is selected at the Utah Player Development Camp Tryouts and moves on to the regional selection tryouts in Dallas (birth year 2006/2007/2008) and the National Development Camps this summer, those expenses qualify under the scholarship criteria. For the 2009 birth year players that move on to the USA Hockey summer development camps, those expenses also quality.
NOTE: General summer hockey camps DO NOT QUALIFY under the scholarship criteria.

The Youth Sports Alliance (YSA) offers need based scholarships to deserving athletes who are enrolled in YSA member clubs. The purpose of the YSA Stein Eriksen “Dare to Dream” Scholarship is to provide financial assistance to dedicated athletes who are unable to participate or compete without the help of outside funding. Funds for the scholarship are provided by the Stein Eriksen YSA Opportunity Endowment and scholarship donations given during the annual JANS Winter Welcome.

Spring Scholarships will have two application periods to accommodate as many different post-seasons schedules as possible, please apply for one:
- Application Period A: Feb 1- Feb 28
- Application Period B: March 15- March 31
