All USA Hockey numbers expire August 31st. Register player at USAH for the new season & update player's profile under your PCIM account. (To access: Login, Select "My Account", Select your player's name under "Participants")
Note: The 4th digit is the last # of the end of the season year. Example: for the 2022-23 season, the 4th digit is a 3.

Returning PCIM users may need to log out and then log back on to view new season.
To access schedule subscription/iCal link: select "More" from bottom menu, then Team Calendars, then Subscribe.
FEB 2023 UPDATE: PCIM will change to a new web site platform and mobile application after this season ends. Until then please note that the Sports Sign Up application is no longer available in app stores and cannot be downloaded to new devices.
TEAM VOLUNTEERS
USA Hockey Volunteer Confirmation Number (Annual) click here
Renewal required every year, at no cost. If you are already registered as a player/coach, you need to register again as a volunteer. Please use your legal name.
Core training or refresher course is required every year. Core training takes 1-2 hours (you can stop before finishing and restart where you left off). Refresher takes about 30 minutes.
PLEASE NOTE if you are taking this course as a volunteer for PCIM, you will need your own USA Hockey Volunteer Confirmation Number and your own email addressto access the training.You can locate your number OR obtain a number at membership.usahockey.com.
National Background Check (Every 2 Years)click here
Who must complete: All adult coaches, officials, board members, employees, volunteers, and anyone else who will have regular contact with, or authority over, athletes under the age of 18 are required to submit to a background screen before any such contact with those athletes.
All background checks or screens submitted through the NCSI national screening program after April 1, 2020, will be valid for two seasons.
If you were screened last season, the screening will be valid for the 2022-23 season, and will not need to be screened until prior to the 2023-24 season.
The system will not allow you to complete a screening if you already have a valid screening on file.
For New Background Checks
Before starting, make sure you have a photo (jpeg file) of your drivers license and a current USA Hockey number.
When you start a new request, the "Self Registration ID Number" will be pre-populated for you.
Pay $30 fee and request reimbursement from PCIM. (Email screenshot of payment confirmation page to Matt Prucka, matt.prucka@pciceminers.org).
Background screenings can take up to a week to process. You may not receive confirmation when complete, but you can check the status at solutions.ncissafe.com.

Season fees may be paid in full by September 15 or paid in installments. Installment payments are a third of the season fee. The $500 team deposit applies to season fees and may be applied to the first installment payment.
